Day 1. Arrive ALGHERO: Transfer or independent arrival to hotel in Alghero. If time permits explore this Spanish city on the Coral Riviera
Evening: Meeting with the group, route briefing and collect cycles.

Day 2. ALGHERO - BOSA      26ml(42km)
Cycle by cliffs overlooking the sea and through the green meadows to the Appiu
Nuraghe, an ancient monument which goes back to the beginning of Sardinian civilisation.
Perhaps see rare griffin vultures over the pink, red and grey cliffs of Cape Marargiu on
the journey to Bose, a medieval town famous for its fine embroidery and gold filigree works.

Day 3. BOSA - SAN SALVATORE SINIS 36ml(58km)
Travel through Flussio and Tinnura, where women still weave their wicker baskets and continue on a fascinating panoramic ride down to the Sinis wetlands with its colonies of pink flamingoes. Visit the beautiful white quartz beach of Is Arutas and the Phoenician ruins of Tharros. Transfer before continuing to the hotel at San Salvatore Sinis.

Day 4. SAN SALVATORE SINIS - ARBUS 29ml(46km)     
Cycle through the natural beauty spots of the Costa Verde, some of the most savage
scenery on the island. The Piscinas beach has sand dunes over 50m high - the
highest in Europe.

Day 5. ARBUS - CALASETTA      29ml(46km)
Today's ride takes you back to ancient mining past of Sardinia, the fascinating
abandoned mines of Ingortosu and Planusartu. After the golden beach of Portixeddu and
massive cliff of Pan di Zucchero, visit the old ore washery at Nebida and continue
to Portoscuso for the ferry to Calaseta on the island of Sant' Antonico.

Day 6. CALASETTA - S.ANNA ARRESI  27ml(43km)
Today cycle through the meadows of the Isle of Sant' Antioco, green in springtime, golden yellow in the summer and enjoy the peace of the rolling plains of the Sulcis. At Tratalias, we visit the Pisan sanctuary, one of the important monuments of the Sardinian Romanesque period.

Day 7. S.ANNA ARRESI - PULA      37ml(60km)
Today we continue along the south coast with its gleaming white beaches, unspoilt natural landscape and imposing cliff. Pass Cape Malfatano with its 16th Century tower and Cape Spartivento before arriving at Pula. At Nora we admire the ancient Phoenician settlement
