AROUND THE IJSSELMEER 8 Nights/9 Days
This
is undoubtedly the most popular cycle tour in Holland, the reason
being that it passes through five provinces in seven days, through
varied and relaxing countryside and is never far from that haven
of wildlife, the IJsselmeer. Created from the former Zuiderzee,
you can cycle on its large dykes, cross the huge dam from North
Holland to Friesland and complete a circuit which includes the historical
IJsselmeer towns of Voldendam, Enkhuizen, Hoorn, Stavoren, Kampen
and Spankenburg. From the comfort of your bicycle enjoy the largest
bird breeding ground in Western Europe and discover the Weerribben
nature reserve. This unique trip is a must for anyone who likes
