Below are some of the most frequent questions which are asked regarding our Scottish tours. However if you have a question that is not answered on this page, please contact us.

Q How do I book my cycling holiday?

The best way to make a booking is to click the BOOK NOW button. You will register your details and will be given your own account.

Q How far in advance do I have to book?

We recommend that you book as early as possible to ensure your first choice of dates and accommodation types. This is particularly important during the peak months of June, July & August when routes are busy and accommodation can be very limited in some locations.

Q How do I pay for my tour?

We accept payment in Great British Pounds (GBP). When your tour availability is confirmed by email, your payment options will be as follows:

  •          Secure online payment using our merchant service provider ‘Worldpay’ pay-by-link facility.
  •          By telephone or fax to the office with card details.
  •          By direct bank transfer.
  •          By FaceTime on i-phone or i-pad with card details.

Credit/debit cards (MasterCard, Visa, Amex) and international Maestro/debit payments are accepted.
A 2% processing charge applies to all payments.

Q What is ‘Worldpay’ pay-by-link facility?

A request for payment by email (Pay by Link) allows Scot Cycle to create and send a payment link for a pre-determined amount to you. By clicking on the “Pay Now” button or the link in the email, you will be directed to the Worldpay payment page where you can make the payment to Scot Cycle.

Q Do you arrange luggage carrying service?

Yes. This is an optional service but we think the tours are more enjoyable if you travel light and let someone else move your luggage. It also ensures your belongings stay dry in any weather.

Q Can Scot Cycle help with a last minute booking?

Sometimes it’s good to be impulsive and if you see that the weather’s just right and decide on a last minute cycling holiday, we will do our best to arrange it for you.
